We supply virgin and filled PTFE molded rod from 1" to 9" OD
(in ¼" OD increments) in lengths up to 12 inches.
A wide variety of standard one foot
long rods are stocked.
Six inch lengths of both virgin and 25% glass filled PTFE rods
from 9 ½" to 20" OD are standard products.
Other lengths and diameters are available
by quotation. Contact us with your requirements. |

| Molded Tube |

Virgin
and filled molded tube from 1 ½" OD to 40" OD in
lengths as long as 20 inches are available. The
most common fillers are glass, carbon, graphite,
carbon-graphite, bronze, moly, moly-glass, moly-bronze,
ceramic and calcium-flouride.
Maximum length is 15" for diameters up to 15 ¾" OD.
Maximum length is 8"
for diameters of 16" OD and above. |

| Molded Sheets |

|
PTFE molded sheets can be supplied in 48" X 48" and 36" X 36" sheets
sizes and in thickness from ¼" through 5".
We stock sheets up to 2" thick in virgin
material. We can also supply glass filled PTFE and most of the other filled compositions
of PTFE. We will cut to size for a minimal charge. |

PTFE
plate can be supplied from 6" X 6" to 18" X 18"
in thicknesses from ½" to 4" (in ¼" thicknesses
increments). Plates with 15% or 25% glass fill can
also be provided.
Maximum thickness for glass-filled is 3 inches. |
